We’ll build the foundation for lasting change through one-on-one weekly coaching calls, accountability check-ins, and continuous support and guidance between coaching calls to ensure that you’re seeing the mental and physical progress you want to see.

How The
Program Works

  • We’ll dig deep to uncover your why and map out your personal health plan. You’ll learn everything you need to know about your metabolism, your set point weight, dieting, why it doesn’t work, and what to do instead.

  • Listen to your body and connect back to your hunger and fullness cues. You’ll be given the tools, action steps, and balanced meal formula to build confidence in your choices and succeed in your health goals.

  • Reframe your thoughts through mindfulness practices. You’ll learn how to rewire your negative thinking patterns, negative self talk and body image to create a healthy relationship with your body and food. Build a healthy lifestyle beyond food and feel comfortable in your own skin.

  • Consistent action to create a life you LOVE with support and guidance from your dietitian all along the way!
